What am yet to grab is that on the majority ruling is that the Iebc is said not to have followed the law, not specific but general rule of the electro law but on the other hand 'they' found NO one capable for the irregularities. These seem like a dog sniffing on its own behind.

Even Maraga himself doesn't understand what he said...he was just reading what was prepared for him!

I have seen this from majority decision:

[378] Where do all these inexplicable irregularities, that go to the very heart of electoral integrity, leave this election? It is true that where the quantitative difference in numbers is negligible, the Court, as we were urged, should not disturb an election.

Do they not know the meaning of negligible? Or they did not have time to edit
