Mimi nilisema Masters siguzi hata na madawa.

Currently I have a degree in HR and a professional certificate from IHRM. All those are just two pieces of papers wasting away in dust in a box. No need of wasting more money and time to acquire another paper that wont be of help to me.

Now its time to come out with skills.

What is your ultimate goal? First question should be why you want to do a masters, otherwise you may end up wasting money chasing a mirage.

I am told that some contractors insist on employing welders/plumberz/electricians who have papers. Ukileta skills pekee unalipwa kama messenger.

If you can afford go for CFA. Upon completion you can work in the financial institutions that move real volumes of money.
