This will be well understood by farmers (active or passive). I have been informed it’s wiping coffee huko ocha like no ones business. Kwa mzee more than 100plants are affected. What’s the most effective control/curative measure? Any locally available fungicides?
Kwetu ,we fyekad that slave plant ,tukapanda thaara, na kulea ngombe za grade
Mûthee alikataa kukata.
Kahawa ni gold kwetu. Juzi wamelipwa 68shs per kg na hiyo ni 1st pay na badi iko down. It wont be lesss than 75shs all pays. To put in perspective a bucket ile ya 19L huwa na 15kgs coffee thats 15x75=1125 gross
Kwetu hizo ng’ombe ni hadithi. Plus shamba ni kubwa kuna nappier grass pia
fyeka io slave plant. liberate yourself
That’s what you think. Those who uprooted are now struggling to plant. Everything is region dependent. In our place dairy cows is slavery, in parts of Kiambu it’s gold. Get the point
Its a way of balancing .Kwetu shamba ni ulimi,so we try to fit everything there, anything not making money ,kaput
Kwetu ni acres sita. Plus ni wazae tu wako. There’s coffee, tea, cows, goats n chicken. They also do maize n beans. Kahawa ndio imechapwa kiboko na hili gonjwa
Pandeni Makorofia basi.
