The most frustrating thing is the need to have a perimeter fence around your house sitting on an 1/8 acre plot. Na unapata umejenga Nyumba noma sana- Well designed and all, but who will see it with the perimeter?
I actually think doing a fabulous design for less than an acre plot is a waste of money if you’re going to conceal it behind a perimeter wall
In the future we will require even a manned alarm system, remote surveillance CCTV, motion sensors, trackers on everything including people(to track them when they are kidnapped), a bunker to hide, and many more security implementations… the divide between the rich and the poor is widening very fast!
