To rent or not to rent is an argument with no winners. To build a home requires a huge capital expenditure( depending on your budget). You never see that money again. Or you can rent and use the capital on a safe investment eg Treasure bonds. Eg you can use 2.5m to build you a pigsty and live rent free. Or you can choose to rent a similar house for 25Ka month, invest that 2.5m in treasury bonds at 13% earning 27K a month(before tax) for the next 30 years.
I thought it will be something about living with the parents totally and completely for example for everything else anyway. How can you really describe it all there for example. It’s good enough that people do have money for everything like that anyway. Can we do that ?
