Give it to Miguna Miguna.

Jamaa ana land January, na bado his attacks on the status quo are relentless. Anyways, here is an informative piece from Le Général.
I truly admire the courage and energy.

Miguna is a reckless man. There is no room for heroism in Kenya. Jacob tried it. He lost. Governor Mutua tried it. We all saw the poor man trembling like a leaf after Kipyator Kiruto starred at him and squeezed his arm.

Huyu jamaa ni roho juu.

Kenya needs him more than anything but since ni “jaruo” na “kihhiiiiii” the man is denied a chance. Her has guts of a lion.

Miguna is a great man.

Greatness is when you channel your energy for the greater good. Coupled with the ability to retreat when the expended energy hits negative returns.
Greatness is not accelerating the day you will make your kids fatherless. Miguna should not confuse the politically sterile Ontario streets with the sewer that is Kenyan politics

Miguna is behaving exactly like Sonko. Taking a Chokosh mentality and Babu Owinoism into fighting established Nairobi cartels will not cut it. Miguna is basically a chokosh and a double edged sword, even if he couches it with cerebral lingo and acrobatics

Kenya will only change if a critical mass of people is hurting enough from the embedded corruption, that they demand change liwalo liwe. Or if a Kagame type sneaks into the Presidency and has the balls to use state machinery to rid the system of the its deep rot. Miguna cannot be even elected a member of the Kibera toilet management committee

Every country needs people like him but not as presidents, rather as agitators

Miguna is nobody’s hero. He is just a loud mouth narcissist

Am sure not even Baba wants him back home. Kenyan democracy hasn’t reached favourable levels for his mode of fighting. bado tu watamfinya makende

Shida niko nayo na Miguna is all talk and maybe no walk

Huyu jamaa ni roho juu banaa, from his days in campus till today. He worked at the Office of Prime Minister , when deals were flying all over the place, His colleagues were making hundreds of millions, and up to today, no one has proven him to be corrupt.

Ja Nyando is well within his rights and he should continue exercising them in the manner he deems fit.
As it is, they better let him in as they (Konyagi, Kibicho, Matiangi et al) are in violation of numerous court orders. Failing to do so could trigger a situation they may have a difficult time controlling.

He was a arrogant son of a bitch. That’s why he was fired. Couldn’t work with anybody. Just show up to work and thump his chest all day.

Will they let him board the plane in Canada?

I don’t believe they have any jurisdiction to prevent him from doing so. The problem i see is that they’ve refused to return his passport as ordered, they want him to come in as a foreigner. How will they be compelled to obey a court order?

If a plane is going to land in Kenya, the government has jurisdiction over that. If he doesn’t already have the passport , I doubt he will get it now. It’s too late. It’s going to be interesting what happens.

What i can see happening, is him traveling all the way into JKIA, by dint of his Canadian passport; and really the airlines cannot prevent him from doing so, he did it the last time.
Him being processed through immigration at JKIA, which he argues Kenyan citizens only need to show an ID, will be another matter altogether. Not sure what the law says, but my recent experience tells me that even Kenyan citizens need to produce a valid passport in order to be let in.

But really, they can’t violate court orders to return his passport and facilitate an unconditional return, then claim to be enforcing parts of the law they see fit to enforce (by denying him entry into the country on account of a lack of the travel document).

Interesting time ahead.
