no it wont be suspended but you will get an "over limit error message"

mailchimp will be blocked by most daemons because of its fucked up reverse DNS lookup, so most of your intended recipients wont receive the mails

also remember the external count is cumulative (TO, CC and BCC )

500 is the limit so that will go out, but even that can only be done 4 times before you hit the daily limit and you will have to wait for 24 hours because you will have exhausted you 2k daily quota

adding 1000 recipients in BCC will make it a total of 1500 recipients per email so that wont go out, you will run into the limit error (every unique email address counts to the count)

I used the normal Gmail account, not the G-suite business account.
