Great car; though i would advise you to go for 2.0 axela for the punch. Also consider 1.8l Honda Civic (MT if you know about shifting sticks)

I’ve driven both. The Axela is a good car. Mazda builds solid cars that dont break much.
The VW is also a good build. Little road noise, imekimya. TSI gives it a bit more power than the average vehicles of that engine size.
For Grown ups:
Purchase either the Mazdaspeed Axela with 2.5 turbo. Has a central Diffential and gives WRX run for money. The GTI is also a great car, it’s a legend. The five door hatch is good for the whole family but doesnt have as much cargo room as the Mazda. The growl on the mazda exhaust raises hairs.
