How reliable are those tractor brands ?coz ni kama US most companies are switching to Volvo tractors.

Hii haiwezi piga sharp turn.

jesuuus christ. it’s not about the truck. it’s about the business model. eka lorry unataka kwa hiyo picha

Peterbilt mambo bad.
Think siginon wako na moja

I’m on the named tractors.

The weight on that thing is almost twice that of Volvo

kuna restriction ya kuleta such monsters hapa kenya ama vipi?

No, parts ndio noma.

American trucks and vehicles in general aren’t so popular in Kenya. For a start, their purchase price and shipping costs to Mombasa are a real turn-off for most local trucking companies. Availability of spare parts and lack of established local network of service and maintenance centers is also a thorn to deal with. Without a local service support network…mmm, it’s a hard sell. Wouldn’t want to park a client’s load on the roadside as I wait for a part to be flown in.
While they may probably be stronger, I wouldn’t go for a hauling monster considering there are axle load limits to deal with.
At www.aft.co.ke, we deal with many truckers and none in our database runs the like of Kenworth, peterbilt n the like. Good luck all the same.
