Recently GOtv introduced a new package; the GOtv Max Package. This package promised to bring more entertainment at at a great value. But when looking at it critically, you will find its another expensive package Multichoice is bringing on board. It has an additional 4 channels: SS4, cbs reality, sony max and fox life. Multichoice is very mischievous and cunning in their operations, they bring ss4 into the picture to show la liga matches but not many people are into la liga matches many people watch epl which they play tricks when showing them on ss2, they are very daring to bring Newcastle vs Huddersfield at the expense of an Arsenal vs Chelsea match citing airing rights tf. I don’t consider sony max a channel addition since it used to be offered under the GOtv plus bouquet but since they found out that many people used to watch it they removed it and brought it in this new bouquet for people to pay more to watch it such a foolish act. The other two; cbs reality and fox life are at least better. All this at 1299 tf. For double price you get only four channels that’s just crap. It shows how Multi choice are used to greed, very greedy. That’s the price of a premium bouquet if you have Zuku. Zuku is great the only problem it has is just sports if they focus on sports well they will have the market to themselves. Soon Multi choice will find themselves being pushed out of the market.

DSTV has a problem of keeping their customers without giving too much. What they don’t seem to realize is the world around them is changing with their potential customers enjoying wider choice of entertainment thanks to falling data prices.
DSTV only if EPL is important to you.
Otherwise there are better alternatives at all pricepoints from Azam, Zuku to Startimes
I have gotv plus for only 3 reasons, Nickelodeon (coz of the Mboys), NatGeo wild (for me and Mama County), CNN (for myselof)
What if I told you I get all those online for free with my internet? I haven’t used my Gotv decoder in over 3 years.
Where I live hatuna fibre. and even if there was, I wouldn’t afford.

I had both gotv and Zuku decoders, nilitupa hizo plastic chini ya kitanda at the end of 2016. Haven’t missed TV coz I’m on the indanet 24/7. Maafuckers have spammed my phone consistently the whole of 2017, even after making it clear I no longer had use for their useless gadgets.
