Sometimes learn to walk away from the devil coz the devil manifests himself through people. Quote from Ng’ng’a of Neno ministries during a live interview on Citizen Tv… not that I ascribe to his teachings or values

Kanyaga mtu kama nyoka, kesi baadaye. Lakini usisahau kuleta hekaya na mbisha. But seriously, why don’t you just alight from that vehicle.

I was in an Eastlands mat a few months ago. Two drunk guys were in the seat behind me and from the way they were talking, they were supporters of a team whose fans are known for hooliganism. As I usually do in public transport, I opened the window. For a reason I couldn’t understand those guys picked on me and started trying to provoke me. I simply ignored them and stuck my head out of the open window, that angered them more and they started insulting me directly. I felt tempted to answer back but I kept my cool. They reached their stage before me and alighted still insulting me. Once out many of the other passengers congratulated me for ignoring them. If I had lowered myself to their level, the outcome would have been very messy.

Sometimes it’s sensible to just walk away. Those guys were strangers and it isn’t likely that I will ever meet them again.

Those who know me well will tell you otherwise. What’s the point of spoiling your day coz of two drunk Idiots?

wacha kujitetea ,ihii zinatusi wewe unanyamaza?i would rather die

It doesn’t matter whether it was a kihii or not, my point is they were strangers to me, I don’t know them, they don’t know me, end of story. Now tell us about your imaginary ranch.
