As usual nimeenda gym leo and for some strange reason watu walikuwa wengi than kawaida probably juu kesho ni holiday. As I was doing my one-hour run kwa treadmill I noticed that Kenyan urban dwellers have very bad cardio. Hata wenye wanakaa “healthy” from the outside. Nikikimbia I counted like four guys and two chics on the treadmills next to yenye nilikuwa. Guys couldn’t even run for 15 damn minutes!! By the way, none of them looked obese or overweight but by the tenth minute walikuwa wanahema kama FUSO kwa mlima even at low speeds. From my assessment, most people go to the gym for the looks and muscles at the expense of everything else. It is unfortunate.

If you went to workout,stick to that,apana peleka Umbea huko. You’re the kind that dont change even after visiting a gym for a whole yr. Reason being, whatever took you there,hujui. Mind your own business Son nautamea
Gym, 101. When you go to the gym, do you thing, and leave. Keep in mind also, some workouts plans discourage those long cardio exercises.
