A prosecution witness in a surprise testimony has distanced himself from an incitement to violence case against Makadara Mp George Aladwa.
The Kilimani police station boss, Gilbert Ngui, said he was not aware of the offence Aladwa, who is also ODM party Nairobi branch chairman, is charged with neither was he present at the venue of a meeting the politician is alleged to have attended when he made the alleged inflammatory remarks at Kamukunji grounds in Kibra, Nairobi.
Other witnesses had been invited but did not turn up, including former Kilimani OCPD Peter Katam.
