Everyone in the sports ministry needs to get the elbow. Top-down approach, from the CS to any player above 30 years. I have come to the conclusion that the men who play for the team are not the best players we have. However, we keep recycling old washed out players who hoard those positions and can’t win a match. Harambee is like a boys club and better younger talent don’t get a chance. If we keep denying younger men 19-25 a fair chance, we can’t go far fielding dinosaurs every time. The average athlete peaks at around 25-27. I wonder what the average age of a player is at Harambee . New team, new coach, new streamlined management. We can’t win matches fielding the same old players, using recycled coaches, and the same corrupt management. Einstein would call that insanity i.e doing the same thing and expecting different results.
Money follows value and nobody will be interested in paying tickets or buying merchandise if a team performs poorly for extended periods.
