Only Qatar has airbus out of Nairobi and air Arabia but doubt if Arabia goes to Ghana.

Probably they chose ET because it’s cheaper with a layover in Addis than the direct flight KQ.
ET and RwandAir are cheaper by a mile compared to pur local KQ
