Haunted building 2

By this time, there was another tenant who set up a retail shop in this building. He was to travel so he told his younger brother to keep the shop secure for him while he was away. And to beef up security yours truly only needed 20 bob to accept the job. So tulikuwa wawili and my friend, late Eldon, sleeping in the building. First night was okay but I wish I could say the same about night 2. So tunapika ugali-ngumi tutese nayo minyoo then we hear an old womans voice saying…pika ugali nyingi pia muniwekee… on my part I thought ni Eldon ameongea so nikasema ‘eeeeh?’ arudie ndo niskie vizuri. Kumbe pia alidhani ni mm nimeongea. Kuona kumbe si sisi tumeongea tukadhani ni night runner uko nje anaongea kututishia and so Eldon became agitated. ‘rutia tena uone Bangladesh wewe’. See, according to Eldon, Bangladesh was a very strong abusive word. He would even make it sound more abusive by adding ‘fwakin’ btn Bangla and desh… that was not enough my people, now replace ‘B’ with ‘P’ and ‘D’ with ‘T’.

So when he dared the kashosho to repeat she felt agitated and dared him to repeat the insult…’Pangla-fwakin-teshi. That’s when things ran out of hand. The next thing we saw was a sufuria flying towards Eldon. He missed it, making the kashosho even more angry. The house was in chaos. Vyombo zilianza kutapakaa, tukaona footprints zikipanda ukuta but hatuoni mtu. Those wet footprints that were fading away as soon as they appeared. We huddled into the corner na tukaona kisu inapepea, pointing at us in the corner. We knew we were meeting our deaths at that time. Then mlango ikafunguka tu yenyewe…that was a clear indication that tulikuwa tunapewa chance ya kukufa kama tumejaribu. Next was a voice instructing us to leave her house na tusiwai rudi….’toka kwa nyumba yangu na musiwai rudi…Panglateshiiii……kakarudia matusi ya Eldon. Zile mbio tulitoka apo kwa iyo corner is indescribable. Next day tulikuja na squad kuhamisha vitu tukapata all edible products zimeumwa nusu nusu, biscuits, kangumu, ballgums, etc.
For those of you who might doubt this hekaya , the building is still standing and ready for occupation. For people who can get the directions like ango @uwesmake, I can direct you there for first hand experience. Lakini hizi story za kurentisha manyumba bila kufanya research haifai.
