Healthcare in low-income areas/new clinic!

Okay guys…
I’ve posted in here before about a project I’m starting that gives ‘free’ healthcare to people in low-income areas. Everyone seemed to think it was a scam and didn’t believe it. I do see the challenges Kenya face, and I do hear people’s complains of hopelessness.

And I want to change that. Because people are worth something! Even though they have no cash! Even though they have no job!

So after long times work we have finally settled the loose ends, and now we’re raising funds to start the project later this year!

We want to provide healthcare and give medicine to everyone. And we do so by putting up a different and much better payment system. People often don’t have money to first see the doctor, have blood tests done and worked in lab, see the doctor once more, and then buy expensive medicine. What people often have is time. And we want to empower people and give them ways to use their potential.
We are setting up hand-made, simple product production next to the medical clinic where you help produce X number of things and in return receive doctor consultation and medicine free of monetary charge! No money exchanged! And we are able to give fair conditions to people: Your family or friend can work for you if you’re too sick and you can go and receive the treatment necessary. And the usual cost for only a consultation is kept within half a days’ work. With medicine it can equal 1-2 days work. And the ALL medicine is free for you to receive! We keep the ‘work price’ of medicine low because, unlike pharmacies, we’re not interested in making money on the medicine, so we sell at wholesale price.

Please share with friends and family! We need some support here in the beginning no matter how little it is!

Our crowdfunding page, where you can also read more about the project, is: https://igg.me/at/fairafya

Please welcome this new baby-project into the world with care!

Hehehe, not yet but still plenty of options in the future sadly. We have strategies in place to try and eliminate opportunities for such in the future. Hell I won’t contribute to a system that is the very reason Kenya needs my clinic

OK. good luck in this endeavor.

Good luck and keep up with the effort.
