Help in construction

Does anyone know a legit company who builds houses commercial/rentals and they pay themselves through tenants cash ?

I know someone… land iko wapi?

are you willing to avail the original title deed to me and also sign a few documents bila maswali mingi?

:D:D

Hata mimi nasaka jv

Quite unlikely that rent can pay construction costs. Where’s the land and how big is it?

Look for a loan

Mwenye najua ni mchinku… she only taking prime property to build one and two bedroom apartments for sale.

Land iko eastlands ,but majority the parcel of plots only have alotment letters

Yeah kind of a loan but ,payments thru rent collection. Banks do it but with title deed in this case it’s an allotment letter and some other documents. The plot is like 20×60.at a better position to attract tenants.

Bank wako na maringo Sana siku hizi kama hauna collateral poa kama building ingine, mshahara poa ama biz kali

Halafu value ya shamba ya eastlando si iko chini

Don’t go that route. Kama ni lazima, tafuta msomali ako na pesa. Otherwise utapoteza plot yako bure

20*60 wewe sema utafuta NGO wakujengee choo

With allotment letters it’s tricky. Nobody will pump milions in cash for a project without proper collateral. I would advise you do the project yourself albeit slowly. Might take time but it will be worth it. JVs usually favor investment vehicles where you an individual is giving up his land for a project where the built-up properties will be sold off and then you share the profits as per the percentages of the capital invested. The build-operate-transfer method takes lots of time to recoup the monies invested and you might probably not get to enjoy the fruits labda your kids n grandkids.

20×60 apartments??

Weka container and open a decent biz.

 seriously

20*60 ni kidogo…hapo mbeleni when most of you were young we walked in that path and the banks back then were abit lenient. We had a 3acre in Nakuru and approached kcb and they invested in one acre in residential units.today I think the process is complicated.
