I have registered a sole proprietorship business name and I want to change it to a limited company.
Do I need the services of a Lawyer or just walkin at the AG chambers and fill those forms and pay?

It was to be effective from next month…there are particular forms to be filled(cr1,cr2,cr8 etc now that you can form a one man company…no need for memos and cps stamp, but you can include memos or adopt the one given
