The machine is still very ok for my use. kazi yangu ni excel 90%.

when you finally replace it avoid charging the laptop throughout as you work… once it reaches 100% unplug the charger and work

Hiyo laptop ingekuwa mtoto ingekuwa class 2.

Electronics are not kids you are raising. Umekaa nayo sana. Buy a new one.

Hehehehehehehe
But it is still working except for that small issue which I will resolve today.

That family of laptops, 620, 630 probook 4530-40 series were really good ones.

As for the battery, if you are working say on a stable source of power… say plugged onto UPS you can remove your battery and only use it when it’s absolutely necessary.

That way it can last for even 10 years.

hapo naona chances za battery kuharibika are even higher. Hizo contacts zitakua loose.

…hehe it all depends. Am so used to that mpaka I can put and pull the battery whilst the laptop is on.

Nunua Battery New na uache Umefii

Nilibuy. 3,200.

imesaidia?

Yea. Still charging nitaona nikitoka ulevi suckle.

…Charge upto 100% , and note carefully the time it takes from say 0 to 100 … if it takes like 20 mins, amka kesho helter skelter and get a replacement.

Moral of the post… it should charge steadily.

Sande Sana.
