Isolation/quarantine. It is for keeping cases until they turn negative. 80% of cases are not very sick. In fact, I think in Africa, we have about 1% case reporting. 99% of the cases we are unaware of. They are just walking around sharing it.

Yes. The volumes are going to overwhelm them, I think. Once we start testing, all we will be able to do is to tell mild cases to go home and not bother the hospitals. Waende nyumbani wakae tu huko. And to avoid sharing bedroom and bathroom with the others at home (where possible). I think there is no nation on earth that is prepared for what is happening in Italy.
