High Court buries BBI reggae

Let the BBI court cases drag on even till next year as they do in Kenya. By then the Elections will just be at the door and we can bury the BBI reggae forever

I wish i was judge in the high court. I would have nullified the entire BBI process by stating that it was a two men driven process as opposed to citizens driven process, by doing judicial activism so as to safeguard the country's constitution and the independence of the Judiciary for future generations.

Damn, breastfeed baba initiative was a rope that its promoters "the two brothers" were literary hanging themselves with. Divisive, selfish, corrupt and lacked popular public support anywhere. I was enjoying watching them burn the last flames of support as they threatened, insulted, prisoned and bribed anyone to support it.

It would be best for them to drop this all together but power has gotten into their heads and they will still push for it.

I wish i was judge in the high court. That would be foolish. In as much as I detest the BBI, a judge has no business determining how many people should be involvedin ammedning the constitution.
