Let me advise you as your elder brother; dont do it and don’t tell your friend. If your friend has kids and he discovers you ferked his wife, he will obviously divorce her. Dont let kids be brought up without their dad because of ‘happiness’ of 1 minute.
God will judge you harshly.

Looks like you are stuck in between a rock and a hard place, you can’t tell your friend because that’s probably going to be the end of your friendship because he will probably confront the wife and she will flip the story and by the time she is done you will be the one who was hitting on her, and you can’t DF The wife ,bad for business and bad for the social meets, doing any of the two will lead to some very unfavorable outcome.

Just make your self scarce avoid the wife and be meeting your friend at the pub.
