I know there are good people in this village who would do anything to help a brother or sister out in their hour of need. There is a Kenyan hero who is suffering and needs urgent medical help. He is called Patrick Mwalua and he has kidney failure. See video down below. We have been working tirelessly to raise the funds because he needs to get the kidney transplant asap. The sad thing there is an someonet who raised over 30m on gofundme to help in the conservation efforts but he/she[ATTACH=full]224803[/ATTACH] disappeared with the money.
Whatever amount hata kama ni 10bob lets help this guy. Na do not post the amount here just do it from the heart. Ukisaidia just reply #Nimetoayangu.

I would also like to appreciate Governor Joho who called Patrick and gave a donation of 1 Million plus he will buy the plane tickets for Patrick and his bro who has offered to donate his kidney to save his brothers life.
