this is information we have known for the last 8 years and no one is doing anything , their excuse is that when there is drought thus no rain/wind kengen wont have electricity and the IPP will refuse to give us electricity if we cancel their contracts.
last year the IPPs were pushing Uhuru to re-sign new 10 year contracts , apparently the top 3 IPPs are owned by Moi and Kibaki . am sure Ruto through murkomen will get the new contracts
