Matusi ni ya nini janitor, I have comphrensive cover but the policy is with a mega scandal .Monarch Insurance is bullshit ,kuna some incompetent staff.
The screen has been replaced at Esajee this morning now its time to face Monarch.

I hope you supervised the replacement. A friend had replacement at Esajee(Baricho Rd). Thing started leaking , he had to replace at his own cost because of the embarrassment. Turns out the ninja who replaced it didn't scrap off the previous dried up adhesive!

Same Esajee, if it will leak I will back there.Everything is paid up for.I even asked the Supervisor there what happens if I find out it leaks, akasema nirudi na receipt and they will fix at no cost.
