If we can get Devolution to work, then, Kenya can leap forward big time. The tone and pace that was set by our founding fathers is what is ailing us.

A colleague got secondment to the county, back in 2013, He owns prime real estate, in his and a neighbouring counties, his investments are in the range of a dollar millionaire. He is just a director of a department, now imagine the rest of the guys.
