technically they are warning about it but it doesn’t mean its illegal but due to the fact that it’s largely untraceable,unregulated, its high volatility in value of virtual currencies thus exposing users to potential losses,its anonymous thus making them susceptible to abuse by criminals in money laundering and financing of terrorism.
