They identify cheap fake or used products on offer up the price a bit,charge you exhorbitant transport fee and consolidate them in a truck or minvan and transport them to you.bloody thugs i d rather buy an item brand new in nakumatt than order their stuff.

Aliexpress is better. Lakini they use poastal services.. ile customs utalipa ni waazimu.. sometimes customs na vat inafika the same price as product

Online shops become successful if honest sellers are more than the scams. In our case, Kenyans aren't able to maintain honesty in trading anything, hence in colcusion I do not see hope in the new future for this biz.
Wonder how Amazon would fair though. They already have the system in place.

My friend , I lost hope in Kenya & most of Africa along time ago .........hakuna vile after half a century a whole continent hasn't improved . That isn't a coincidence ....Listen to me , Africa will not go anywhere anytime soon !:mad::mad:

The only thing you need to know is that Jumia has been making losses since day 1. They have burned billions of shillings and have never turned a profit.
