I have been keeping track and last 2 months my employer has made me work 65 hours a week on average. Can I report this fucker?
Do you guys honestly think the Kenyan economy will head anywhere eith us working 40 hrs a week ?
65 hrs means 12hrs mon-friday and 5 on saturday
I work on average 7am - 6pm mon-fri and then about 10 hours between sat and sun (some at home, some at office)
I work in a technical field in shifts of 12 hrs for 4 days followed by 4 days off which comes to around 180 hours in a month, so my weekends can fall on any day of the week

Mko na Jokes. I do 120hrs a week and 16 hrs overtime so total 136hrs . Been doing it for last 9 years.I was told I’ll slow down on my 3rd year but I haven’t . So ukilia 56, nacheka sana.

Yes I work regular 40 hrs 3 jobs and I pick overtime ya 16hrs. Not easy but doable
If I add 1 hour a day travel time to and fro, you have about 150 hours. And I havent added sleeping time, shopping, drinking time etc. Theres only 168 hours a week. You might be donating(creating) hours to nature.
