Sina idea but should change each year they’re at andela maybe starts at 50k (not sure though). Shouldn’t be high since fellows are trained for free, free meals, sometimes with free boarding.

40-50k, around 30k after tax. Basically you will slave and make money for them while unapewa bread crumbs ukidanganywa venye utamake 300k in a few years

There are other platforms like toptal. Extremely difficult to get in but you can command excellent fees if you do

Toptal are a platform that links developers to clients who can pay top dollar for your work. And the whole thing is remote I.e you can work from anywhere.

The thing is only the top 3% of developer applicants are accepted so as you can imagine, its very competitive and difficult to pass their tests. But if you have the chops, then you will be on easy street

The first 6 months ni Training David. During which, you are paid around 32K or so. after the training, if you are lucky, you might land a contract, working along with other developers on a project for a given company. That definitely gets your salary raised.
On the other hand, if you don’t immediately get a contract or opportunity to join a team of other developers on a project,
you remain on the “Bench” , where you work on internal projects(for Andela use and not for a client). You still earn, but not as much as the one working with a client.

Developers have levels too. Just like in campus vile kuna 4th years na Freshaz. The better your skills get, the better your salary gets as you also get promoted to the nect developer level.

NOTE: This is a Contract; You will be Heavily Charged for violation in case you decide to quit before finishing at least 2 Years.
