Share your opinions here wadau.When your Girlfriends ask to borrow some money from you, just how much do you give? If say she asks for specific figure like 4K do you give her only that or go ahead to add her something small on top of what she asked for or you just giver her the exact amount? (plus ya kutoa) Kuna wale who also just ask point blank "Will you send me money?" and sometimes the guy has to figure out for himself how much this lady needs. How do you do it?

There was a time a PYT moved in with me in 2015. She was jobless but doing her masters. I would total the amount i gave her per month to over 50k for her needs only. Mara salon, she could buy shoes every week, sijui meetings in town and friends, sijui relatives did what? Mind you I used to take care of all finances in that house including mama fua every weekend, hangefua. It reached a point I couldnt hold it longer.

Me: "chapati. Lakini hiyo pesa ni mob. "
Her: (evading) " na nini ingine?"
Me: " stew ya nyama."
Her: " sawa. Nitumie doh sahii sahii ndio nimaliziwe haraka nisichelewe kupika."
Hivyo ndio sisi hucommunicate.

You should be very strict na pesa. Fanya shopping. Nunua food. Make sure everything is there. Akiomba pesa uliza ni ya nini. Hiyo ndio itadetermine kama utasota au la. Mimi kama si nywele. Once a month. Hizo mambo zingine aweke kwa wish list.

Wengi ya hawa wakora hawalipi. So it is very hard to give cash to them.
I personally rarely send cash. Most times it will depend on your circumstances which may make me treat you or just help roho safi. E.g. I know for sure your salary has delayed and you normally don't nag. Some it is a genuine thing like medical. I can even take you to hospital you are treated and i do you shopping.
I also at times pretend to be broke and ask for help ili niwapime. Some have very little income but they borrow and send me the cash. There you have a keeper. Some can not send you money even if you are in real problems.

The lady am dating now ako jobless though anaishi kwa peroz...the lady has never asked me for money whenever we meet nampatianga ka 2-4k apo.When she was employed she used to decline my money that i need not stress myself en shes employed...such a lady has made me have a restored faith in humanity (read kenyan ngels). I think am gonna keep this one.
Nini huumiza mtu more...dame akudump na hujawai spend pesa on her ama the chiq unampatianga pesa kama mshahara? Siku hizi people aint loyal, both chiqs and dudes. Mambo ya kupea dame pesa is a no-no. Kwani alikuwa anakula mchanga before mpatane? The only main times you should spend on your girl according to me ni mkienda out on a date, she comes over to your place or it is her birthday. Dame anakuitisha present ya Easter, ya Moi day ama ya Christmas ni kama walizaliwa na yesu ni hopeless case.
Listen, it depends on your relationship and what you have both agreed on. Its never a copy paste thing. I for one have an agreement with my wife on finances and it works for us. You should also agree with her what works for the both of you and move on to better things like babies and assets.
