The duration of running is what matters esp if you are running at a slow pace. Run for 45minutes everyday and hydrate. If you are running really fast kama mchawi I doubt utafika hizo 45minutes. But if you can.. Go for it. For better results do it while watching your diet and remember consistency is key.
