How much the runing speed keep is the most healthy?

It’s no effect to lose weight if the speed too slow or too fast. So what should I to do?

The duration of running is what matters esp if you are running at a slow pace. Run for 45minutes everyday and hydrate. If you are running really fast kama mchawi I doubt utafika hizo 45minutes.
