How does that tenant access the house to do all that nonsense? I can only refund you if you have completely vacated the house, any damages repaired and repainting done, all at your cost. While renting the house, the agent has to retain documents including ID/passport, work place and a photo.

You are only refunded after vacating. The damage is assessed and you will get your balance days or weeks later.

Kwanza if it’s a residential flats you could be done with criminal charges for directly causing a risk to the public health and safety of other tenants.

Upuzi Kabisa.Am no drainage expert but all you need to do is examine the toilet drainage pipes of tenants na utajua specifically where the contamination started.
