Wekelea pan kwa jiko

Spill a bit of oil on the pan

Once the oil is heated, pasua yai na uekelee kwa pan ( as shown)

Katakata pilipili mbili uekeelee kwa macho(yolk)

Dry fry till brown

  2. Wet fry till jicho is hard

Serve while hot

Huyu ni jamaa anakaa mashida shida hivi. There’s absolutely no reason to keep a pan that dirty , non stick or not.

Guys that pan imeundwe hivo if it was dirty definitely the handles would look dirty or greasy. I recall once I gave a neighbor the kind of pan I guess he had not realised that’s how it looks so after cooking he tried to scratch the surface with an object and that’s was the end of its life

He use transformer oil that’s why the pan is rusty

its simple take hoho onion n tomatoes cut them into cubes take your eggs beat them in a bowl mix in the veges beat the mixture kidogo then mwaga kwa pan n toss when one side is done
