Not possible. Truecaller has a feature of requesting for contact number but you have to be on premium and the other person too. Plus the person must accept the request to share his/her details. Also, you have no way of being sure its the that particular person or a namesake

Rubeni, are you talking about Get Contact app or no? As far as I know, you can find any number with premium access if someone is registered in that system. I must admit it’s a very convenient program. Many of my friends use it even without a premium account. But I am interested in other variants as well. I had a very unpleasant situation yesterday.
