I have an year old HP 15 notebook that won’t start or charge…what could be the problem?
First check the power adapter!
Had the exact same problem with the exact same model last year.
RAM ndio ulikuwa imefyat. Took it to the authorized HP Service Centre, they troubleshot and found there was no problem with the battery nor the charging system and they replaced the RAM with no qualms. Are you still under warranty?
adapter ilikufa jana, so how do you expect it to power on with a completely drained battery and faulty power adapter???

You’re not the first one who has had this issue with this particular make and model. In my case, I was told it was a faulty RAM, which was promptly replaced with no explanation really as to what brought the issue in the first place.
