Leader, Aden Duale, has trashed
calls by Bomet Governor, Isaac
Ruto, and his Kalenjin people for
him to apologize for insulting him
with his mother in Narok on
Monday, saying he cannot
apologize.
Speaking during an interview
with K24, Duale said that Isaac
Ruto is a fugitive running away
from public accountability and as
such, he should be languishing in
Kamiti Maximum Prison and not
to ask him to apologize.
He noted that he has water-tight
evidence indicating how Isaac
Ruto stole a whooping sh185
million belonging to the County
Government of Bomet and unless
and until he returns it, he’s still
on his neck.
“I cannot apologize to a known
public thief. Isaac Ruto is a
fugitive running away from public
accountability and he belongs to
jail. I have evidence of how he
squandered sh185 million and it
is just a matter of time before we
send him to Kamiti Prison,” said
Duale.
This comes even as Isaac
threatened to sue Duale for
character assassination.
This is the height of democracy, members from the same side disagreeing in public.I feel proud of my country.
