I cant believe she is gone

I met her sometimes in 2011, i had just gotten my first job after college somewhere in meru county and she was holding forte in her aunts shop as she waited to join college after completing her O levels. we were just neighbors at first.
As a young man who had started making money i really loved my drink and now i could finally finance it so i drink i really did. Now the compound we lived were those where once the gate was locked it could only be opened from inside. so in my late hours from drinking i had to get someone to open the gate for me and she being the only other single person in the compound she was the solution to my problems.
While she did not mind my late hours she really hated my drinking and would always quarrel me for asking her to open the gate for me while drunk., sometimes she refused to open it for me and i would have to call somebodys wife to open for me.
Even if we were both in relationships my ufisi was also taking the best of me and one day in my drunken state i sent her some flirty sms. come morning i knew that i had to apologize and went to her workplace to tell her sorry its the alcohol that had typed the messages, funny thing is she just laughed at me and told me some things that she hated about me which i promised to change.
From then we became more talkative and even spending sometime together and the friendship turned sexual at a point, the affair lasted some few months and when she joined college in 2012 and i was transferred to Nai we could not maintain the affair but still maintained good friendship.
She completed her diploma in nursing in 2015, passed the nursing council exam and got a job, last time we talked early this year she was looking forward to getting married and starting a family
Now am getting news that she has passed on today evening, i still cannot get to terms with it. she was such a humble and ambitious person. Its going to be a long night for me, I cant question God but its going to be different without her in this life, I have lost a really great friend.
Go rest CK i pray i will see you again one day

The moment she took her last breath ,a new one was taking its first breath. It’s the balance of life . Be strong and celebrate her life. As a human soul I’ll tell you pole ,but as realistic person I’ll say it’s the balance of life .
