Nunua SSD na RAM…

Seconded. just keep in mind that most SSD is 2.5 inches vs the original 3.5 inches, therefore you’ll need a frame/adapter/enclosure if you’re swapping the original 3.5" with a 2.5". The alternate option is to add an SSD and still keep the HDD. For this, you’ll have to remove the optical drive to access the extra bay behind. If you go with the 1st option (replacing the drive), you’ll notice that the fan will run at full speed. Don’t panic. These b*stards have built-in thermal sensors into the original drive (that’s a layman’s explanation). You can download a free copy of SSD fan control software (just google it). Alternatively, you can purchase an in-line thermal sensor (hard to describe in a few words, and I’m not sure about the availability in Kenya. Just go to macsales.com website and search for thermal sensor just to get an idea of what I’m talking about). For the RAM, make sure you match sizes horizontally i.e assuming that you already have 2 sticks of 2GB in bays 1 and 2, you add bigger sizes in bays 3 and 4 (e.g 4GB each), as long as the size you put in bay 3 matches what you put in bay 4.
Good luck and enjoy your new machine (after the simple upgrade).

Yeah kuna jamaa hdd yake ilichapa Elite walikuwa wanauza replacement hdd ya 1tb @45K. Apple is overrated.
