ibeni billions sio peanuts

A 30-year-old man was yesterday jailed for nine years by a Mpeketoni court after he was found guilty of stealing food worth Sh9,775 from his employer.

Mpeketoni Resident Magistrate Pascal Nabwana sentenced Seth Hamara Eliza after the probation officer Tashrifa Mohamed gave an unfavourable report about Mr Eliza.

The officer reported that Eliza absconded community social work in a previous conviction for house breaking in March this year and that he was a repeat offender.

Ai Yawa, lakini for hiyo absconding community social work angepewa viboko

That’s a repeat offender. His goose was cooked. Apambane na Hali yake.

Our jails are tailored for peasants not billionaire state looters… The law is very fast, precise and merciless on petty criminals… this is Ke 254

no its not…they too should hire good lawyers…right…so their cases can drag for eons

with foodstuffs worth 9775kshs?

Are you implying that they cannot afford legal representation?

And where will they get the ‘good’ lawyers: justice system in Ke works for the rich, you should know that… Labbish

Wewe uko na ufaka fulani inakusumbua… Are you from Ke?

Now you get it… if you cannot afford lawyers quit dabbling in crime.

Saa zingine apana rukia maneno. read between the lines twice.
