From the title I expected to see a levitating Ibex.
That is not defying gravity but using its adaptations to scale. Due to its small size the COG is very low thus improving its stability. Secondly the surface of the ibex’s hooves are small in surface hence a very small protrusion is enough to provide it with a place to step on.
