IEBC: Is this the most downloaded From 34A?

What the heck happened? All those agents didn’t notice the blank form?

County is BOMET… This is a clear case of sabotage on IEBC!

People are not getting it, are they?

The point is not that there were no such mistakes. There were numerous mistakes. It was not going to be 100% perfect and incident free election.

Question is, when they table their evidence, will it meet the admissible quality and threshold to warrant an annulment of the exercise?

Was the mistake or omissions deliberate? Going by the interest in this document, just expect it to feature at the supreme court petition.

The assumption here is that all those “mistakes” favored jubilee candidates. Watashangaa sana.

I am team RWNBP… But can people notice the fold in the middle? Did the PO and RO fool the agents by folding the paper in half and thus hiding the upper details? Who were they working for? Was it really necessary?

Hii umeitoa IEBC portal au mukuru? it looks suspect

Very genuine and on the IEBC portal, please check it up…

If these forms are real, I can see some people being jailed. Iwe funzo kwa officials who think they can engage in malpractices and get away with it.

Very true, some folks here don’t get the point I am driving at… Thanks.

I don’t understand how it has been signed by several agents, and the total number of voters and votes cast, yet the number of votes each aspirant got is missing. Ama the nugu RO scanned the doc then later filled in the missing details later.
But I think hizi ndio zile walikuwa wanaitwa HQ kuclarify hio upuss wamejaza.

The threshhold requirement for the election will NOT be whether the election was PERFECT but if the election was free and fair. In other words, if these mistakes were not there, would the result have been different? In that case, we can almost say the petition will fall flat

Ii ni ile design unaambiangwa “sign tu tutajaza hizo zingine” hurriedly…u sign on a blank form/cheque just because u think the guy telling u so is trustworthy enough.

Wakijaza hizi figures Katumbo katarudishiwa cheo. . . :D:D:D:D:D

I don’t think that Nasa want to prove to the court that the process favored Jubilee. All they need to do is provide enough evidence to prove that IEBC did not handle the process as required and hence the results cannot be relied upon. To be honest, this would be a terrible decision as we would have to have another election with all the tension and resources to be wasted.

For those saying that we did not expect the process to be 100%, the election cost the country billions and we actually expected the results to be perfect because it was a simple job of scanning valid forms 34A and entering the results in the form in the system. Pretty straight forward, don’t you think?

Qualitative yes, Quantitative is to prove that 1.4 million votes were stolen- That is very very hard. Advice to NASA forgive the thieves and moveon

Kweli kabsaa.

The form 34A discrepancies are probably not worth more than 10k votes , if the IEBC acts as it did in the previous days , those mistakes will be addressed and solved in very little time . I’m personally looking forward to the hacking and algorithm claims being addressed , hope NASA got a new ‘tech guru’ , because when it comes to tech , speculations don’t hold .

The SC in 2013 recommended laws on results transmission to avoid a repeat of this kind of shenanigans. The law was done and IEBC flauted it mercilessly only transmitting 29k out of 40k. That will playout in court

The pressure that was on PO could make one do a mistake, 3days no sleep, hungry and operating in a new environment.
