There is nothing like a god. Just like we dont know any cure for aids we dont know where the universe came from. Every story of creation is a fabrication or fantasy. Period. Keep looking for a solution for the two problems, but when you come up with one, let it be foolproof.

Can you prove that God doesn't exist?

Can you believe that each and every of the multitude of life systems would decide to function the unique and complex fashions they do, fashions that are much more complex and more precise than huge modern chemical plants? Could the unique genetic software implanted in each living cell be self-invented by the components of their DNAs? If you say yes, wewe hauwezi saidika

I understand and appreciate the complexity of nature, especially the brain amogng other things. But how does that warrant anyone to claim there is a benevolent, all powerful and perfectly good god? That is shooting in the dark. In the same way, after observing the suffering in the world, not only in human society, but in all other inhabitants, I can claim existence of a evil god/gods?....No, because I cannot provide conclusive evidence. Similarly there is no evidence for any god. If by any chance a god exists, why would you think he wants to be worshipped? or appeased? or pleased? If anything, the evidence points to the contrary.
Perhaps this man explains better

true it daent mean there is a God in a religious context. Religion was born from Ignorant people who tried to rationalize the working of the world. thats y religion daent talk of space planets and aliens coz those by the time religion was being born were not known. there is power behind this forces religious people call it God , scientist call it energy.

Nice. The subject of god is null. Morover the subject of morals emanating from the supernatural is null. The supernatural itself is null

you need to define supernatural first. There are aspects of supernatural like ancient civilizations that even today science cant full articulate what they new. Knowledge we know is passed through generation through many forms limited by the said culture. There has not been continuity in in the knowledge of our forefathers thus y we are always learning.

Man has always yearned to be associated with the supernatural from down of time. The manifestation of this is religions, cults and @Ingia verson who want to oppose the supernaturals. This is human nature and i will repeat this religion (and its affiliate version plus atheism) will never satisfy peoples bottomless pits of satisfaction but spirituality will. It satisfy coz you will have control of your destiny not that there is a man upstairs laying logs, pikes on your path to enlightenment.

Said it here and i will say it again when man acquires a little knowledge he thinks he can reduce GOD into a theory or an equation that can be solved using logical steps or empirical formulas.

Knowledge should be passed down with evidence, and what has no evidence is simply unsubstantiated claims. What evidence of supernatural in the past civilisations? Am not in opposition to anything that is evident. I'm just refusing to buy stuff that people cant provide at least the slightest admissible evidence. I dont believe in existence of anything more than what is evident. "My understanding of supernatural" is people claiming what is not evident. For me, there is not point in discussing what is not evident. let me give an example: There is no point of you debating with someone who says there exists another planet in the solar system that has humans, and only that we have not discovered it. The burden of proof lies with the person presenting the proposition.

How do you even understand what you are calling god that you can defend him if you claim to have little knowledge???? Why do you think that presumed invisible being is so special that it should not be scrutinized. These holy books have mastered the art of telling people that they are nothing and that they are wretched and you have bought into it. Ata huyo God unasema ulimuona wapi? Everything umeletewa na binadamu mwenzako has to be scrutinized.

God created every "thing"- universe and all that is in it.

Once you understand that God is not a "thing" , your question becomes invalid.

Since you seem to know what god is and that he isnt a thing, what is he??

My questions are: What god? Where is he? Why is he not a thing? Is he hiding? Doesnt he talk? Why is it I have never heard him communicate? On the assumption that there is one and that he is the creator. Why would i want to get into alliance with such a being??:
And dont spin the bible story. Hiyo ni binadamu anaandika. Dont quote for me from bible or any similar book because i dont buy stuff without evidence. Ati god said blah blah.... "Alisema akiwa wapi???"

Using your rationale to look for GOD what evidence do have that say there is no GOD or is your hate for the scriptures.

God is what remains after you exhaust your reasoning. It is beyond humans (me included) to understand the nature of God. God is one of the many aspects of life that we can't understand, and trying to explain God is reducing Godhood to human status. Just like we can't explain " why does green appear green" or "why does the earth spin clockwise and not the other way" or " why is a day 24hours and not something else" .

My point: God is one of the many aspects in life that we can't understand. Fortunately, God reveals Himself to those who seek Him in spirit and in truth. Our forefathers had the concept of God even without reading the bible. Seek God, and you shall surely find Him.

You need to re read your history and ascertain the different methods on which pple passed down knowledge. Folklore was one of the methods used. History even has taught us that when rulers didn't want something known they needed only to wipe it from the books they didn't have net were the info is virtually impossible to contain information. so evidence is not always the only way to know the truth. there is a hypothesis that one has to critically investigated and pass it throw constant checks to make it a fact.Everything that we know now is a result of man, 'God' didn't come down and tell people that you shouldn't do this or that, we need to distinguish between Religion which emphasizes on matters of faith, and Sociology on maters of your social affairs., all man made.

You want prove of a supernatural entity, simple, the air you breathe, the functionality of you body, the universe that we are in and the close relation between flora and fauna. What the bible say kwanza in the old testament and revelation is just straight from a horror story.

this is the rationalization that i despise and say is utter ignorant. Who said the Bible trounces the beliefs of our fore fathers? they were more spiritual than the modern pastor, bishop apostle and any form of religious leader. I envy them very much our forefathers, they lived by their words and believes. true spirituality right there.

GOD is way beyond religion if people who claim to believe in GOD do what is expected of them by GOD then this world would've been a better place to live in than it is today.
