Wadau, after seeing the expose on how we have literally been slowly poisoning ourselves and setting up ourselves for cancer when consuming meat from the butcheries of the main supermarkets, I have been doing some research and apparently the way to go is packaged AND frozen foods. They dont need any preservatives as can be seen here:

Iam not sure about cost implications and wanted to check out my local supermarket today and compare. But I would personally rather pay more if at all it means I can stop poisoning myself and have peace of mind
Any thoughts from the kijiji?
