Just flash the stock ROM
Even if u try to unistall them with root permission hazitaisha. Some have already inject malicious code into system apps so it will be impossible to completely remove them. Best solution is flash stockrom

ads are not malware… it a way of making money. he bought the phone cheaply the people wa infinix should make money too. those ads are there to stay.
It might be a fake infinix ,my bro had an exact model and we later found out to be a fake.Apps and ads would pop up every now and then .
Infinix 551 orig ziliisha DEC 2015. If bought this year, it is a fake.
Most likely battery is removable which was not the Case for the original phone.
A simple way to verify is to scan the qr code at the back of the phone which will check against the company database.
