Nipewe kazi ya kutoa Chainis niweke Engris language kwa simu.

That is what is called making zombies out of people. When all you know if fixing batteries or a certain chip into a tablet, you have no power balance against your employer. That kind of division of labour has some political history. It is for the same reason people cant do anything after school. The system is made to ensure you cant come up with anything by yourself. It was introduced somewhere in the twentieth century by capitalists to disenfrachise technical experts and people like engineers. Its amazing to really know the true nature of things we put our faith in.

true, some employers in the service industry do that too. They never allow you to get the full picture or make any meaningful contacts in your line of work, he doesn’t allow you to attend meeting, he handles all communications, conferences no.

It is not fun to work there. All around that fucktory there are suicide nets. The workers usually have 12 hour shifts. They eat and sleep in that fucktory. You can’t complain because outside the gates a crowd of people are camped waiting for your job. So you work until the day you decide ni hivyo.

A 16 GB iPhone 6 costs about $200 to manufacture, yet it’s sold for $650 [According to Times Magazine]. Even factoring the marketing and distribution costs, is this fair?

Modern day slavery. I bet most of the workers in that plant cannot afford those high end smartphones they produce.
