Insomia

For the past month I have been struggling with insomnia and it’s affecting my day activities. For those that have experienced insomnia how to you handle it?

Your daily routine is not demanding .

Simple, eat a heavy meal to uncomfortable levels (overfeed). Sio mchele, sio Pizza, kula sembe ya maana, Thank me later…or just have sex

We have reiterated many a time:
-Dont go to bed early.
-Eat a light meal.

  • Drink milk or wine just before bed
    -Avoid watching stimulating programs just before bed.
  • Manage your stress levels.
  • Be busy during the day or perform adequate exercise.
