I have a similar problem but this is the remedy:
1.Keep your mind busy during the day so that it gets tired by nightfall.
2. Engage in a physical exercise during the day.
3. Avoid coffee or tea after 7pm.
4.Eat light meals for supper.
5. If possible, take a glass of wine or a shot of whisky a few minutes before going to sleep.
6. NEVER SLEEP BEFORE 11PM.
7.Avoid watching tv just before going to bed. Instead listen to cool relaxing music.
